For @Felthry , here’s what happens at the Name Rater!

This happens because the OT has been changed to “?”. And so, the name rater treats it as a traded Pokémon!

And it seems like areas outside of the PC and stats menu stop the name overflow! How interesting!

@Lugia I wonder how they do that in the code, what you're calling name overflow looks to me like it's an unterminated string, which *should* mess everything up

@Felthry I just put it in the daycare and removed it and it did spilled all over the text box lol

I attempted to see if I could stabilize it by turning it into a ????? (Which I have done before), but i guess it isn’t that strong of an anomaly to turn into a ?????

Follow

@Lugia No, I don't see any reason to think there's much wrong with it other than the unterminated name at this point

which, an unterminated name is a huge problem, depending on what parts of memory it spills over into, but it's not going to change species on you or anything

@Felthry yeah true. Its probably not hitting the right timing to make a bad clone thats able to be shifted into a ?????

@Lugia i think to do that you'd have a *very* narrow timing window, rather than the pretty wide one you have for normal cloning

@Felthry yep, thats what the Glitch City Wiki ressources show. They mention that its easier to perform on Stadium 2, which i might to do get a Celebi
