When I was in high school, a couple of times on the road when I was driving, I saw a crow with a patch of white feathers in either wing, such that you could only see them when it was flying.

This was neat.

@ziphi that sounds like magpie patterning, but only on the wings. I wonder if they were some kind of hybird.
