afawk there's nothing really exceptional, nutritionally, about the foods people make these claims about, other foods are also similarly good for you, but it does mean more variety

disclaimer: we haven't looked into any of these specifically, we just know that very commonly these "superfoods" turn out to have a lot of something, yes, but other more common things also have a lot of that same something
