I know this shouldn't like.... feel big? Like I know I've talked on here a few times about how like, anxious I feel about cooking in general from a series of some bad experiences.
But hey.
That's some cooked meat. Sure it was mostly cooked already and I just cut it up into slices then put them in the pan for a while longer (they were still a little pink in some places)
But like... hey. I can sit down and make food and not feel waves of anxiety about fucking it up?
It's nice.
