INPUT VERY WELCOME (office chair needs replacing)

Currently sitting on a cheep shitty walmart chair.

If it doesn't slide to the bottom of the piston every 10 minutes or so I'm having a lucky day.

no. I don't want to replace the piston. The cushion is also that crap plastic faux leather that peels and tears.

Requirements:
-Ergonomic please.
-Don't need many fancy features
-NO ARMS.
-cloth seating. Not faux leather
-ideally ~$300 tops.

also very welcome input is a way to lock the piston at max extension but not needing to cut metal pipe to length like all the "how to fix office chair" posts I found last night were suggesting.

I don't have access to tools that can cute pipes last I checked.

@Draekos if you don't find anything other than cutting pipes, hardware stores will frequently cut things like pipe and lumber to the size you need if you ask
