if you were going to make an n-cheese pizza, for n > 4, what cheeses would you use?

@Felthry Mozzerella to hold it together, feta and blue sprinkles, strips of gouda, all covered in a layer of strong cheddar. I'm a simple woman. -kj

@squirrellilly No parmesan, interesting! Good selection though, other than the blue (which we don't like) that seems like a good mix

• Chevre (creamy goat cheese, excellent on pizza)
• Parmesan (the genuine kind if available)

I would also add spinach and kalamata olives to this. Maybe other veggies, too; one of my favorite pizzas that I can't get locally was the Santorini from a place called Dion's in Albuquerque. It's basically a Greek salad in pizza form and it was delicious.

And now that I look it up, the Santorini doesn't even have mozzarella on it; they substitute provolone.

From their menu:
"Provolone, feta, spinach, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, basil & Parmesan"
