Also: spent yesterday in a very long day trip to Indiana Beach Amusement Park and while it was worth it, am potato today.

Among the many happy surprises of a near-enough-perfect day:

- They had a new roller coaster we didn't even suspect they were installing!
- The hot dog place has a fried-vegetables basket where *everything* is great.
- They have a new secondary mascot name of Rocky and guess what kind of animal Rocky is?
- Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain is somehow even *more* like that.
- Frankenstein's Castle is 50 cents cheaper than it used to be.
- They've got #pinball now!

And particularly they've got a *great* pinball lineup: three electromechanicals(!) including an Atari Space Riders, a Black Hole, the solid-state Harley Davidson, a couple modern Stern tables, and three Jersey Jack tables.

The tables were all clean and, the ones we played, behaving great. The Jersey Jack games also had Scorbit installed so whoever is taking care of these games *likes* pinball and may be the guy who's put up 24 billion on Batman '66.

@Felthry Scobit's a pinball app, meant to make it easy to automatically log scores and share them with friends or competitors. Also to compare games across different venues, so far as that's possible. So it brings some Internet integration to pinball, for people who enjoy that sort of thing.

(I don't use it myself; I don't have a smartphone and I like having to specifically invite the Internet into my life places, but I see the appeal especially for logging scores and achievements.)
