i feel like i explore social networks differently from a lot of people and it makes me wonder
i make new contacts by meeting friends of friends, or seeing stuff boosted by someone i'm friends with and connecting with the op
i never look at the local or federated timelines, i think i can count on one hand the times i've ever looked at either, and i feel no desire to
i fill in edges in my social network, completing triangles basically

@Felthry @Eon Yeah, this is the only way I really understand of letting my social network grow, which might be why if I don't become mutuals with someone within about four months of my joining a new site odds are I never will.
