you know how when you pull a muscle it doesn't start hurting until like the next day? that happened to us when we slipped and fell on ice yesterday apparently so now our leg just really hurts when we do certain things

@Felthry Oogh. If you've got a tub big enough to sit in with your legs stretched out, consider a hot soak. It'll help the muscles relax and un-knot, and increase blood flow to the injured location to promote healing.

@LexYeen we're too tall and the tub is too small, unfortunately

@Felthry Oof, that's a familiar one to me too. Best bet's probably to Become Flat, then, and if you've got a heating pad or trustworthy hot water bottle (or similar portable heat source) wedge that against where it hurts.
