Games that were made for crt televisions look way better on that technology than you probably remember.

One example was I was playing dark alliance which came out in like 2001 iir. Looked incredibly detailed and stylized on my crt. Some other games like god of War also had the same effect. Just really making use of the phospher glow to help making lighting stand out and blend textures/details to make something that looks very next gen.
