Thinking about space!
And realizing there is a lot I don't fully understand.
Orbital precession of elliptical orbits close to high mass bodies from the curvature of spacetime, like has been observed with Mercury's orbit.
And relativistic orbital mechanics around black holes.
And a lot of other things too, but those are the two that come to mind now. In general, I'm bad at relativity and only vaguely understand some aspects of it.
@ziphi Special relativity is pretty straightforward and easy to comprehend (though unintuitive in many ways)
but general relativity? that gets *really* out there

@Felthry This fox didn’t do well in even the basic physics classes. I don’t have a very mathematical brain, it seems.
@ziphi (also a lot of physics classes are severely hampered by not using calculus, yours might have been one of those; calculus is the natural language to use for physics and trying to do it without it just makes everything *much* harder and turns it into "memorize these fifty bajillion formulae")

@Felthry Yeah, that sounds about right. Though I must admit to having forgotten most of my calculus too beyond a few basic things.
