I'm so fucking emotionally tired.
I feel guilted into not pursuing mental healthcare because my partner is frequently extremely angry at their own. (But it's really not fair of me to ask them to bottle up those feelings.)
I've watched my art notably degrade over the past month and a half. Depression a main cause, but it's a horrible feedback loop of taking longer to make art I'm less happy with.
I wish sleep felt welcome and helpful.
