trail cam photos. a coyote, a raccoon, and an opossum.

a lot of these night photos its sometimes really hard to se the tail on the opossum, which is hard to tell if it genuinely lost a piece of tail or its just a weird angle.

Trailcam time!

A baffling photo this time! The first one in set shows what's clearly a raccoon walking away from the camera. It's foggy out so its hard to tell what the animal following it is. But it looks like a domestic cat???

The line of the back and the tail position all say cat to me. even looks like it has little paw socks!

They're so close together they must be aware of each other. weird.

Other photos are and

Some deer on the trailcam. Three of these are the same deer. is the night photo also same deer? No idea.

Might be the same deer that I saw when I saw clearing the stairs up to this location for an art installation.

Trailcam is just for photos, not hunting.

Trail cam photo. PROBABLY a bat out of hibernation. had a bunch of days in a row that were very warm. look at the night time temperature!

Upper left of photo, the bright spot between trees.

cool tech currently in use in Pompei.

not theoretical : coming some day. this is in use NOW.

Solar panels that look like terra cotta roof tile. so you can use them on historic buildings without chaning the appearance

on the trailcam! the blurs in the photo are because its rainy, so there's some water droplets on the lens

totally forgot to upload this set of trailcam photos from the summer. baby raccoon climbing the grape vine right in front of the camera!

Trail cam time! the motion sensor is REALLY sensitive so I had a gajillion pictures of the mouse, most of which were just a blur or vague eye flash.

The mouse is in the last photo at the base of the tree on the left, look for glowing eyes!

The other two photos are of

Two critters from the trailcam! One and one

the blurring on the deer photo is due to raindrops on the lens

Got the trailcam set up again. Three photos of a in his full fluffy winter fur and one of a No antlers, so that is either a doe or a juvenile.

I have the last outdoor plant swap 'til spring this Saturday. Then is too cold for anymore transplants.

Yes, this pun is horrible. I get to see someone figure it out at the swap every time I host. The little squint and then the realization.... DAMNIT

Some recent trailcam photos by the house. There's not as much activity this close to the house, but there are still animals.

a cat (not mine)
a squirrel
a raccoon

Some creatures on the trailcam, right by the base of the house!
