If people have any doubt that POC can be capable of antiblackness, will you take my word for it? I will under no circumstance pass as white but I have spoken a great deal about how hostile Korean communities are to Black people--not because Koreans are worse than other groups, but because that's what happens when you uncritically accept colonial orders founded on antiblackness. There are also entire issues with colorism against Asians and even Koreans with darker skin.

So please please please PLEASE cut the crap with POC = incapable of antiblackness. You're gaslighting not only Black people (which should be more than reason enough) but also erasing my lived experiences witnessing antiblackness in nonwhite communities firsthand. You fucking liars.

@ljwrites To add to this, I can speak on my own experience as having been a persecutor and being a fillipina/hispanic trans woman, who was closeted nonbinary at the time.

I absolutely was horrible and I had a lot of anti-black attitudes that were drilled into me by toxic groups that I had to work hard to unlearn.

Don't think that just because a person is PoC, that they aren't racist or that they don't carry anti-black attitudes.
