it is always about some hypothetical person somewhere who might be offended by some hypothetical thing crossing some hypothetical line, not an event that actually happened

if something actually did happen that made actual children uncomfortable... that's not automatic cause to stop, but it's no longer a bad faith argument

I feel we shouldn't confuse this with intergenerational culture war bs

@nisima Like, that literally never happens because pride parades have designated kink areas that they made sure to leave kids out of. So like, if a kid ended up at the kink section, someone must have gone out of their way to put them there, in which case, what the fuck were their parents thinking?
