Lukewarm Take
I really don't want to be that person, but it's happened enough times for me to say that most Vegans are racist and eco-fash.
All the moral conjecture they can give does not account for the way of life for people other than Europeans, and how a vegan diet can fuck them up.
It does not account for how animals languish in torturous conditions in meat farms regardless of one's consumption, or that plants still experience pain from being harvested.
Lukewarm Take
Let's not even get into the fact that Veganism is materially, just a consumer aesthetic marketed to them by the same companies that run those torturous animal farms.
If you want to be more ethical with your food, instead of going vegan, take up horticulture, and go hunting. Find means of feeding yourself and your community without relying on a system of class apartheid to do so.
