First weightlifting workout in a LOOOONG time.

I didn’t do it traditionally, as in “2 sets of 10 reps,” I simply used lighter weights and did 1 set of 15 reps, five or take.

Reason being… I have a tendency to mess up the form. In the past I would always go heavy on weights but never check to make sure I had the form down. So I’d be sore in the wrong places, and my joints would hurt, and I wouldn’t wanna work out anymore.

Trying to change that habit this time. But I’m taking it MUCH easier. Probably won’t even increase weights all that much.

@IsDaGany Yeah, it's always good to take it easy when starting out or returning to it. It's tempting to push past limits, but that's how workout injuries happen, and nobody wants that.
