Hello everyone. We were wondering if there is a drug that helps with being unemotional while having a BPD episode like alcohol does. We are taking Valium at the moment and the one time we did alcohol and had a BPD episode it helped a lot more then Valium ever did.

Mastodon, you are our only help. <3

@Freylet the only thing my wife and I have found that has a dramatic effect is weed. However, she mostly takes it preventativy, if she's starting to feel herself slip. ~During~ an episode she's not very responsive to doing much of anything.

I feel like BPD is different for everyone. Alcohol makes her waaay worse, for instance.
