I went to refill my prescriptions yesterday, and could only refill my norethindrone, not my spiro.
I call the doctor to ask what's up. A full fucking day later, I get the following email (iN REPLY TO A PHONE CALL):

"We can no longer refill any of your medications here at JCRM because we have not seen you in the office since July 2017. It is required by the FDA to monitor patients every 3 months on HRT (Hormone replacement therapy). Please understand our position and make an appointment so you can continue your treatment.""
