@vahnj We have to be hard on ourselves. We hurt some people very badly and did cruel things to them. We have an illness but we can't blame our illness on the things we choose to do to hurt others. We have to live with that and use what we did as a way to learn from mistakes, to learn what to do when our emotions become too unbearable.
We won't give up. We have the best support we could have ever asked for.
We are lucky for what we have.

Our borderline has been very severe lately. We have been doing things that we regret. Learning to be a better person is really hard and takes time to get better. There is a lot of set backs and the best we can do is to do better, keep learning and do better.
We are sometimes bad people and we are trying to be better people.
