I non-sarcastically really like “spoilers”. Knowing Achilles gets shot in the ankle doesn’t make the Iliad any worse for me. Does foreshadowing also ruin stories for people?
For me a good story is in the journey and the details, not the raw synopsis.

Also I'm kind of dense when it comes to like video games sometimes and I will wander around missing something "obvious" and get frustrated or like totally not get how to beat a weird boss with a gimmick, so knowing how to do the thing I'm SUPPOSED to know how to do before hand saves a lot of angst.
@Fuego Same. I prefer to be "spoiled," honestly. It reduces the anxiety of sitting through unfamiliar media waiting for the writer to disappoint me.
