The best thing I learned from jiu jitsu was how to not freak out. You pretty much have to just live through panic attacks and anxiety until you realize that’s what kills you and just let it go.
Once you really feel the reality that the anxiety is what gets you killed you feel it start and you breathe it out and you chill and it makes the person trying to kill you go kind of insane.
Just live with it. Know it’s a lie. Let it die instead of killing you. Then you win. There’s nothing you can’t do. Don’t let your own brain kill you en route.
