Mental health tip 

I heard today, relayed by someone else from their therapist, that since anxiety raises your heart rate, it's possible to counteract anxiety by exercising and getting your heart rate even higher than it can. I knew exercising had mental benefits, but this is the first time I've heard about using a physiological aspect like this.

I don't know how true it is. Maybe it's a placebo effect? But it sorts makes sense to me, and I thought I might try it!
