@Fuego Dells definitely don't last just as long, though - my i7559 is crumbling after a year and a half of use, lol. Metal chassis definitely help :P but yeah, it's subjective. They're only a luxury item because they have a monopoly on their OS.

@Fuego I get what you mean by them being a luxury, but most people don't buy them for the same reason as buying a Rolex or other 'status symbols' - they buy them because their OS and build quality are worth the price to them. Or their tied to it software-wise. I sure do wish Panic's software was on Windows, lol
