Last nights workout was:
As many rounds as possible in 7 min of:
3R overhead squat @ 75#
3R chest to bar pull-ups
Where R = round number

And I got to like the middle of round 5 and I was upset until I did the math:

99 overhead squats
84 chest to bar pull-ups
In 7 minutes

This is why I’m broken.
