@Fuego anybody who wants that C book, I have a give-away-able copy as well
Wireless hacking exposed, C programming, and Database hackers handbook are now spoken for
@tfproxy the algorithms book is good but IMO that design patterns book is worse than useless
@kaniini@pleroma.dereferenced.org @Tanuki they all have these problems. If you want to escape then you need to go way back to a processor without optimizations. When you make something efficient you at best give out information and more commonly open it up to outside manipulation.
@kaniini@pleroma.dereferenced.org @Tanuki real talk: amd processors are more broken than the intel ones...
Silicon Valley thinks we are in a moment of “anti-tech sentiment”
Loooool no we just finally woke up the masses to the San Francisco business model. Notice that nobody’s mad at Intel! Nobody’s complaining about how VLC killed a woman testing some machinery. Nobody thinks propaganda in Mint Linux tainted a presidential election. No buddy that’s an anti-corruption sentiment you’re catching. You have a corrupted business model.
@shel exxxxxcellent.... it's working!
@Antifreeze not really I just hate the internet
@Tanuki What I really want is a phone with just spotify, bandcamp, google maps, and texting. Nothing else. No browser.
I guess I could nab an old android phone and make that...
@IrisKalmia just this one
@Antifreeze yep!
@Tanuki i need to nab an sfc ff4 too now. That will always be my favorite.
@amalgam @RussSharek@mastodon.art @kara@occult.camp @Leucrotta@occult.camp @Elanna I really like Stephen flowers books best (aka Edred thorsson) but in my understanding runes are exclusively for spell creation and not for divination which is the purview of seiðr so I’m probably not going to be a help on that front
