The visuals were completely revamped, and are for the most part higher saturation. They also work around the transparency and lighting processors that the GameCube has that the 3DS doesn’t, as well as a lack of normal mapping on 3DS hardware. The textures, however, seem to have been completely redone and are generally higher resolution and less muddy than the GC.
@JarylGaren@snouts.online Which makes it play like a game on a slightly lower graphics setting with a high resolution texture pack and a few revamp mods installed. Which, for a port to a less powerful system, is a sign they did an excellent job.
