Now playing with e-ink displays. A few hours of soldering and staring at wiring charts later, I decided to be vain.

The goal of this experiment is to display some data graphs, but might as well have some fun with it first.

I bought a knock-off 3DS for running emulators that is actually an Android gaming cabinet. This is proudly emblazoned on the back of the box.

I think I get where they were going with it.

Now to install a touchscreen keyboard and the things I wanted on it.

I managed a respectable time for 7 crystal fast ganon with... random enemy damage. They were not kidding with the warning:

... nearly everything swung for 8-12 hearts. Looooots of awkward combat. @..@

This seed really liked the color blue.

The master sword, blue mail, blue pendant, flippers, and magic mirror were also very early on. The random bottle fill was blue potion (x2). So it literally did try to give me every blue item in the game as early as possible.

.... and then made me pull pedestal for a required mushroom. >..>)

(They have since been let out into the forest, ahead of thoroughly rinsing off all the things.)

I uh, may want to start running these competitively.

1. Filename inadvertently chosen by a friend, because reasons.
2. I finally got the ice palace bomb jump on the first try. Proud.
3. Red cane was on green pendant. Because of course it was.
4. Apparently Steam's screenshot tools act weirdly when they overlap with snes9x's.

Developers: Let’s design a nuanced, story-rich, late game encounter that sees players working through several waves of enemies to make their way to the boss.

I am currently in the woods where there is (mostly) no signal. In which it is incredibly scenic.

I guess if I was going to get a sub-2 (in-game time), caneless with all the long dungeons skipped is the way it would happen.

Better of two seeds from this evening. Includes a five minute break to feed the cat.

The seed put the bow deep into a pendant Turtle Rock, but then gave me GT's big key in the very first chest.

Filename is because I used Bowser this time.
