labour day

Today is labour day, the first of may. It's a day meant to create solidarity with workers around the world, but unfortunately the US decided to fuck that up and put may day today and move labour day all the way around. I've heard that there are strikes today, but some people can't strike because of the position they're in at their jobs, so try not to do any shopping today. I'm sorry if this has been a little bit of a stream of consciousness post. Couldn't really get my thoughts together too well. Shoutouts to the workers of the world.
