Donations Needed for Seattle Activist Bail Fund! 
The Northwest Community Bail Fund has been covering bail for any demonstrators arrested while expressing their first amendment rights to speech and protest.

The Seattle PD have started kettling and mass-arresting as a tactic to try to end the demonstrations- that and increasing bail costs have caused the fund to dwindle.

Yesterday I released a brand new ep:
bad breaks
It's a record of nonstop drum breaks across a few different flavors, from moody glitch hop to needlessly aggressive breakcore and even a pinch of acid jazz.

My next record, BAD BREAKS, is due out on October 2nd! It's cover to cover drum breaks, glitched textures, and (mostly) totally cranked tempos.
@hystericempress As an indie dev who hopes to have something on itch.io someday, I really feel the need to point out that what may look like a lack of creative ambition on the consumer end is actually just the economic forces of poverty and exploitative capitalism on the dev's end. It's takes a HUGE time and resource commitment to execute an ambitious creative vision. Most us can't afford to take an idea that far. Even VNs are a bigger commitment than you might think.

@GlitterDisaster@snouts.online Once a week, and my only other medication is progesterone, but I don't actually need it for testosterone control. The injections do that for me.

@GlitterDisaster@snouts.online If you're comfortable doing your own injections (or just really okay with weekly doc visits), I recommend giving injections a try. Everything about my transition was going lousy until I switched over to subcutaneous injections (as opposed to the usually prescribed intramuscular). Now my levels are always where I want them and I feel physically and emotionally more stable on a consistent basis. Only downside for me is that I sometimes develop a bit of a headache a day or two before my next injection.

re: use of the word "deadnaming"
@mwlucas As far as I know, "deadname" originated in trans spaces and I've never heard it used outside of a trans context. Someone once aptly defined "deadname" as "the name newspapers print when trans people are murdered". I have no idea if that's actually how the word originated, but you're likely to draw ire or at least a very intense side-eye from the trans community if you use it outside of a trans context.
