If you already have migraine symptoms that don't hurt, is there even any point in avoiding trigger foods, or do trigger foods make it worse?
1) If it's started already then triggers won't make any difference
2) If it's started already then trigger foods make it worse

I just will never forget that day cause I was working at a restaurant and a customer ordered it and when I expressed disbelief at the idea, he literally had me try his shake. It was wild, but I had to admit it was tasty.

A gentle clucking sound from across the booth. The woman set down her coffee and reached for a small handbag.
She procured a universally familiar vial of nanites, and offered a dose to her brunch companion.
