the cage has been assembled for a few hours and my birds are refusing to enter. this is usual for birds, and it might take a few days for the flock to decide to change homes

@tsunderdog At least you don't have to destroy the old cage like you would cockatoos; hopefully it won't take too long for them to accept their new home though

@Kilroy actually, i do, but for different reasons. my old cage was a DIY job from my uncle, made of wood and the wrong kind of metal wire. i have no choice but to disassemble it, due to its sheer size (barely fits through a doorway) I'll be buying a sawzall very soon and looking into disposing the wire as scrap
