@teradyne@dragon.style I work for a software development team that goes out of its way to keep supporting Windows Vista. We may drop it soon, but unlike XP, there isn’t enough “missing” from Vista to make it worth not supporting. Generally people want software that does its thing and gets out of the way, and Linux is notoriously terrible at this; hand-editing config files, or even manually configuring things, is not what the user wants to be spending time on.
