note: if I say “take a chill pill”, which I never do, I am literally referring to acetaminophen, which dulls emotional pain as effectively as physical pain. Just watch the dosing and don’t use it too frequently so you don’t fuck up your liver, but it’s a good tool generally

The USA needs a new 14th amendment that extends the Bill of Rights to adequately influential private corporations, and an amendment that explicitly recognizes privacy as a right and is considered part of the Bill of Rights for purposes of the 14th and the other proposed amendment.
Does anybody have recommendations for interactive college-level "learn stuff" sites that are _not_ video-centric?

I feel intensely stressed today, I don’t know why, and I’m not handling it well.

I am not a good relationship partner. I kind of look like I am because I am desperately co-dependent, but it turns out that “co-dependent control freak terrified that other people might experience unpleasant emotions” is not, in fact, anywhere near as good a relationship experience as it might look at first.
I am learning better patterns and working through this and it is a grinding uphill climb that has lasted years and will require decades more.
