Another part of it is just cause weirder.earth was having trouble when I joined and I still haven't fixed _all_ of the bugged follow attempts.

@KoBunny there are a lot of levels and a lot of reasons and they're not all applicable to all people. But they're still good to be aware of.
Interpersonal relationships are difficult and sometimes there's this feeling that by having lots of people to fulfill lots of different needs there's maybe less of a need to work at what you have.
Important to recognise when it's happening.
