@Heffboom_Konijn realistically this is a thing to talk to a therapist about. Hypnosis isn't a silver bullet for this kinda thing, and setting something like this up and doing it wrong could have some really impressively bad consequences if that box fails.

My day started off with an off-hand comment that hit me like a truck. I have spent the better part of the day angry with the person in question.
But it’s not really the comment that I have issue with. Not even the person.
I’m tired and exhausted, just like everyone else. It takes energy to find compassion for your fellow beings. Exhaustion makes that harder. That said, compassion for each other is how we are all going to get through this. Together.
