Man, coming back from two months in the hospital with overwhelming suicidal ideation is a trip and a half. I'm simultaneously going 100mph and am frozen.

And heading in for PHP (partial hospitalization). Still need to write up that journal about what's happened.

So PHP didn't work and I ended up heading back into inpatient... but I'm now out of that again (round 2 at one place, 5 at the other).
I'm now packing for another boarded PHP option that should be able to help me, I desperately hope.

Still very tired and very anxious. I hope things will calm down soon. Unfortunately I have to cook for everyone later and manage the anxiety around that. :(

I do keep meaning to write up a WTF-has-happened-to-zeta journal, but I've not gotten there quite yet. Maybe this week, if brains can calm down a bit.
