huh someone on Twitter a few weeks ago posted a link to their SoundCloud where they wrote a song called "chimerror" back in 2016
I gave it a like, it was pretty nice

I wrote to write.as that I was going to keep a log there, took my first shot and never wrote to it again lol
luckily I seem to still be pretty good at not being the first one to show up under either my dead name or current work name
I show up for the second but I'm not the first one!
fuck I'm not even the first one for my dead name combined with my alma mater
instead it's my arch nemesis who works at Valve

I would have a tough time doing that, like I honestly do consider my dead name a gift and that's why I first chose something pronounced the very way that my family shortened it
but also I'm intending on just switching the spelling to Jaycie
if I would do Chimmy, I'm totally going with her completely made up "full name" Chimerelda
@chimerror first I named a character “Makishi” under the belief that was a word for “werehyena” (it isn’t!). Then I decided it was short for “Makhona kaImpisi,” which is a vaguely plausible Zulu name for a hyena character.
@Leucrotta I actually had to come up with a retcon for what the Quoll version of Chimmy named her character so yeah, that happens!
