it's hilarious to me that the only two people I know who liked "Alien Resurrection" one is "two differently hot sapphics hook up in a creepy deserted space station," the other is "adventuring party with widely different backgrounds have to escape a creepy deserted space station." But... if my friend likes the movie because monsterfucking lesbians get movies so infrequently, what's that say about how often I think movies are really TTRPG flavored?
More Alien Resurrection as someone's game; when Elgyn dies to a bad roll the player returns with Purvis. The newborn comes from how the GM originally wanted the PCs to fight the alien queen, when it was obvious they wouldn't succeed killed her off and rushed out a nearly unplanned, less devastating BBEG.
