@Leucrotta I'm wondering if I should have just kept the nicely filling the pan. If it overflowed would it go everywhere, or just dome like a muffin? :3
@frost honestly I'm not a great person to ask about this - I cook all the time, but pretty much never bake stuff.

I hope the drips of batter around the sidewall (didn't manage to completely wipe it up) don't get horribly burnt on.
also we had to substitute BOTH self-rising flour (added baking powder) AND egg (used 1/4 cup oil) and I hope it comes out alright.
