@frost yeah, instead of casting it as a solid piece you dump material through the hole, and circulate the material throughout the mold evenly. Then you open the mold, and you've got a thin layer like a chocolate shell, but you're probably not too interested in having it be completely enclosed, since it's decorative and the hole's at the bottom --

@Leucrotta What's weird is the hole is off-center. It does look to be round, though.
Also the sticker seems to have fuzz-material orange on it where it fit over the hole which is ???
