Last Saturday’s drawings, werewolves!

@Leucrotta These are some AMAZING werewolves!! 😱

Honestly, you did an incredible job on the lovely variety of poses and outfits and vibes for each of these 👌❤️

Their fur looks FANTASTIC 🤩

"If you're cold they're cold! 🥺" 🤣

@GoodNewsGreyShoes Thanks! I was thinking of capoeira a little (like the way she has her arm up to guard her head while sweeping low) and this Tsimshian blanket with seabird beaks attached so it'd rattle when the wearer moved

@Leucrotta Oh that makes so much sense! 😱 I didn't even notice that the first time

Neat! I've never heard of a Tsimshian blanket before - gonna have to do some learning 🤔

@GoodNewsGreyShoes Heavily decorated blankets are or were a thing all over the area, but there are also blankets you'll see where someone bought a blanket from Europeans and decorated it (sometimes by buying a batch of buttons and sewing them on to make patterns). Northwest coast art is almost all pretty visually intense, just I remember Tsimshian and Haida stuff a lot more usually.
