@frost @wolfe yeah, but you've been looking for tech jobs, you *know* this one - the employer ideally wants someone with about 2-5 years of experience (so they need to train them less/don't risk really terrible mistakes/don't need to pay as much as a more senior employee). It might not be a complete killer. Time to poke at your job/housing coordinator type and see what they think?

It got lost in the æther, thank fuck I'd copied it to clipboard out of habit... second time actually worked. (And then the sent copy ALSO vanished, and I had to track it down. Turns out it landed in some trash folder in a different mail account. ???? Email, I swear.)

There's also the fact that they might just be assuming Everyone Has Always Had A License and what they /really mean/ is "hasn't had actively Bad History in the past N years". We don't have Bad History, just no history!
