I did not buy a giant burrito.
Instead, I bought groceries, then fried tofu to add to salads later, stewed pork to cook with preserved vegetables later, and cooked a vague attempt at Persian okra stew. Probably not very authentic, will likely clean me out, but tastes pretty good imho.

but this isn't in fact what I did - there's an Ottolenghi recipe for okra, and it's kind of similar, so I cooked up the okra, then added a batch of spices, storebought tomato sauce and a little vegetable stock to make a fairly thick soup.
