much as I’d like to love everybody OR be okay with self assured anger, the further I get from the direct instigators the more muddied things get. And ultimately my big take should be “I want these people to stop doing harm” not “I want these people punished” although it is obvious some will not stop doing harm unless dead or otherwise disempowered. I would be ethically wrong to hate all Republicans; I am not ethically wrong to hate the upper echelon or their SS.

And hearing that THING address, the UN brings me to the ethical issue sooner than I’d like. I think it’s never truly ethical to wish death on somebody but sometimes it’s the most ethical behavior I can choose and since I’m not in a position to either kill or save the people I feel need to die, it’s largely academic.

Were I to take direct action AGAINST anyone from random Cybertrukk drivers to Trump, Vance, Noem or any of the truly awful people, THEN I’d have an ethical dilemma. There is no ethical dilemma in hating people who have done hateful things, OR in opposing them through peaceful means intended to prevent harm.
I think I’m okay in my current milquetoast feeling actions/reactions, even if my crap temper and personal history with bullies means I WANT to lash out.
