spoilers for a 63 year old movie

Okay, The Magic Sword was a serious let down. There's a certain amount of goofiness which you just accept in fantasy movies made prior to Lord of the Rings, and Magic Sword was basically headed that direction right up till the end. Which I'm okay with - I actually did like the sort of comic relief good wizardess, she was very 60s.

But... a climactic fight against a two headed dragon and a powerful evil wizard should seriously, *seriously* kick ass more than anything else in the movie and uh, literally the magic returned to his sword to make it glow and he slew the dragon with one thrust? The evil wizard had his ring stolen while he wasn't looking and then took an angry puma to the head? This is NOT Ray Harryhausen Sinbad film stuff, here.
