I placed a hold on the audiobook for Harrow the Ninth, and it looks like my wait time is going to be roughly half what it was for Gideon the Ninth. I also caught a glimpse of the start of its blurb which was very OH NO because it was kiiinda a spoiler for important stuff in the first book. But it'll be okay because I don't know most of what's going to happen. ;u; I don't even know the second half of what that spoiler was about, I just realised it could be a few things.
The blend of necromancy with sci fi tech/technomancy is subtle but very cool. Well in some ways it's very blatant, like when they (actual necromancers) are flying on spaceships to get to a destination. But I mean the actual necromancy itself has some subtle technomancy elements. It's a very cool concept.
Excited to read the rest of the series. It's not done yet, there's three out and one in the works and I don't know how many more planned/speculated.
