COVID question, groceries

Has anybody seen a reputable source explaining how we're supposed to clean all our groceries to get rid of #covid19 germs, when we bring our groceries home? Like, I can wipe down jars and plastic packages with some alcohol or soap. But what am I supposed to do to sterilize lettuce, apples, cardboard containers, and other tricky stuff like that?

@frameacloud Regarding suggestions we should leave food outside for three days or wash fruit with soap... please do not. Instead, a thread. From a food microbiologist. They have helpful advice and good news.
