I got three paragraphs into answering you by listing 'all' the conditions for which that question would be diagnostic, including Narcissism ("I make *great* tea!"), Anxiety ("I could scald myself if I made tea, it'll be bitter and upset everyone"), Depression (*sobs about cold tea*)...

... and I think I inadvertently answered your question. (*blush*)
