'Wisdom of Crowds' time - I have a puzzle with a (hopefully) non-singular solution. So: I normally have biphasic sleep, but I want to keep the middle-night interval low key - no cooking, ideally no jaunt to the 'fridge. I keep waking up craving protein, and nuts don't seem to satisfy, but other protein sources tend to be highly perishable. What foods should I keep at the bedside for this purpose?
